How to request deletion
- If you used a Meta product such as Facebook or Messenger with MAD ROOSTA, open your Facebook settings, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Remove the app or integration if it appears there, then use the available option to send a data deletion request.
- You may also contact MAD ROOSTA directly through the official Facebook page or by phone. District 1: 036 688 6573. An Khanh / District 2: 036 404 8693.
- When contacting us directly, include the name or contact method you used, approximate date, branch, and whether the request relates to Facebook, Messenger, the website assistant, or a reservation request.
- If Meta provides an app-scoped user ID, page-scoped user ID, confirmation code, or similar identifier, include it in your request so we can locate matching records.
What we delete
After receiving a valid deletion request, MAD ROOSTA will look for personal information reasonably associated with the identifier or details you provide and delete or anonymize records that are no longer needed.
- Website assistant records associated with the request, where they can be identified.
- Reservation request details such as name, phone or contact method, branch, date, guest count, and optional notes, where deletion is permitted.
- Meta/Facebook identifiers and related interaction records that MAD ROOSTA controls, such as app-scoped or page-scoped identifiers connected to the request.
- Operational support notes connected to the request, unless retention is required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or security reasons.
What may remain
Some data may be retained if it is required for legal compliance, restaurant accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, platform compliance, or legitimate operational records. When possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.
MAD ROOSTA cannot delete information controlled only by Meta, Facebook, Messenger, your browser, payment providers, delivery providers, or third-party ordering platforms. Please use the privacy controls for those providers when you need to manage data they control.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to handle deletion requests promptly. If we can match your request to records we control, we will confirm the request status using the same contact channel where practical. If we cannot find matching records, we may tell you that no matching data was found.
For Meta-generated deletion requests, MAD ROOSTA will follow the technical or instruction-based process available in the Meta App Dashboard and provide a human-readable request status where required.
