We try to keep information accurate, but menu availability, pricing, opening hours, promotions, taxes, service charges, delivery options, and branch availability can change.

For urgent requests, current availability, allergy concerns, order problems, payment issues, or live table availability, please contact the restaurant branch directly.

Reservations and booking requests

A website booking form or assistant booking flow creates a reservation request only. It is not an instant confirmation unless MAD ROOSTA staff confirm the booking through an official contact channel.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate name, date, time, branch, guest count, and contact details.
  • MAD ROOSTA may contact you to confirm, change, or decline a request based on real-time availability.
  • For large groups, same-day changes, late arrivals, cancellations, or urgent requests, contact the branch directly.

Website assistant

The website assistant is provided to help guests with restaurant topics such as menu guidance, ordering links, branch information, and booking help. Assistant responses are informational and should not be treated as a guarantee of availability, pricing, dietary safety, or confirmed reservations.

Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, medical emergencies, or sensitive personal information into the assistant. For serious allergy, medical, safety, payment, complaint, or order status issues, contact staff directly.

Third-party platforms
